Reimer Roofing & Remodeling provides a limited transferable warranty to ensure peace of mind after the work on your house has been completed. This warranty covers roof leaks caused by installation errors within the following time frame.
Our Lifetime No Leak Labor Warranty Applies To:
- Shingled roofs with a 4/12 pitch or steeper
- Windows
- Siding
- Chimney Flashing
Our 5-year No Leak Labor Warranty Applies To:
- Rubber Roofs
- Gutters
- Shingled roofs with a 3/12 pitch or flatter
- All rolled roofing
Limited lifetime warranty does not cover roof damage caused by wind exceeding the manufacturer warranty, ice damming or interior damage caused by roof leaks.
